This is a town with the best of everything, you cant find better shopping or dining anywhere. It is virtually as good as it gets! Even if you live in the most cosmopolitan of cities you will be at home in this mountain resort. Read this excellent review Aspen Review and you will get a sense of how powerful this ski resort is. We will be arriving during peak season meaning historically this is the time of year with the most and best snow conditions both on the ground and falling from the sky. Aspen is clearly an international resort and during March guests arrive from all over the world so there's plenty interesting stuff going on in town and on the mountain. Wildwood Hotel: The Wildwood Lodge combines the warmth and comfort of a mountain lodge with the convenience of being just steps from the slopes, the Snowmass Village Mall. The Lodge offers convenient slope-side ski storage. Guests can enjoy access to Silvertree Hotels health club. The full-service gym includes a steam room, massage rooms, men's and women's locker rooms, an outdoor heated pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Nestled in an intimate valley high in the Elk Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Snowmass Village has a variety of recreational or cultural activities. Select from dozens of fine dining experiences and shop the many unique boutiques. Just minutes away in Aspen are even more dining and shopping choices. Visit museums and fine art galleries, attend concerts, dance performances, theater, stand-up comedy, and film showings. Each room has cable television, Nintendo games, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, high speed dataport, and voicemail.
